Shipping methods
The delivery of the order is made by the courier DHL. You will receive a link to monitor the
status of the shipment, you will also be contacted by the courier, you will receive a notice on the
delivery date, with the ability to customize it according to your needs.
The delivery of the products purchased on www.annamilano.it takes place on average within 5
working days from the order in Italy and the EU. It is understood that for the products indicated
on the Site as “not available” or subject to a “pre-order”, the aforementioned terms shall run exclusively from the receipt by the consumer of the product availability and order confirmation e-mail , as specified in the Conditions of Sale.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 12/25, 12/26,
01/01 and on weekends.
The times indicated are net of:
- bad weather or any major natural disasters
- customs issues
- disadvantaged locations
- strikes
For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for
normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the date of confirmation of payment. Therefore the shipping times will start from that date.
