Returns Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return a product, for any reason, within 14 days from when:
A) you have received the product (single)
B) you have received the last product in the case of the purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order.
Products whose seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You must communicate within the 14-day trial period that you wish to return your order. After providing this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the request by clicking on the link “make a return“
You will need to:
- enter the order number and follow the instructions to complete the online return request
- you will receive an email confirming the exercise of the withdrawal,
- fill out the return form received with the garments and insert it in the package,
- follow the instructions to return the product,
- remember to insert the completed return form in the package together with the product.
- ship the package with DHL using the return label received via email in the confirmation

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send the request via the form before the withdrawal period expires (14 days)
The product to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

If you do not wish to use our return service, you can also return the product yourself, in which case the costs incurred by you will not be reimbursed.

It is possible to return the product without specifying a reason, if the product is complete with label, seal, packaging, in its original state and packaging.

Refunds

Change Size
If you only wish to change the size of the product you received, within 14 days from when you received the product you will have to request a “return for size replacement”.
You can then check the additional sizes available for the same product model purchased and you can select the desired size.
Once you have selected the new size, you can proceed with the return of the product received by following the instructions on this page and on the website. Once we receive the returned product, we will directly send you the product in the new size selected by you.
The returned products must be returned intact, complete with all their elements and accessories including labels, seals and tags unaltered and attached to the product;
